We offer FREE POWER OF ATTORNEY services in our law offices when it is needed for a real estate listing, purchase agreement, mortgage, or for a closing and it can be prepared immediately and faxed anywhere world-wide at no cost to our clients or to realtors. And there is never a fee to review a resale offer to purchase, OR a condo status certificate (and usual accompanying documents) since this service is already included in our standard flat fee QUOTATION.

Before you hire a lawyer, it is wise to insist that the lawyer first put in writing what the legal fees will be (or how they will be calculated) and what out-of-pocket or extra expenses you can reasonably anticipate. It is also wise to insist that the lawyer keep you informed (in writing to avoid misunderstandings) of any matter or issue arising that might affect you, so that you are aware, at all times, of the progress being made on your deal.

Although fees can be quoted over the telephone, we shall only be obligated to fees quoted in writing through this website or by fax or in person in order to avoid any possible misunderstandings that might arise through a telephone conversation.
