A) HEAD Office Hours at Yonge/Finch

NOTE: Although our head office reception/appointment hours are noted below, live personal telephone service is typically available to 11pm 7 days per week. We have NO voice mails, NO telephone answering machines and NO telephone answering services (simply live personal service reflecting our unmatched personal service commitment to all of our clients).

There is NO need for a client to take time off work when signing home closing documents!

Monday to Thursday	8:30 am to 11:00pm
Friday	8:30 am to 7:00pm
Saturday**	9:00 am to 5:00pm

** Note: On each long weekend which has a government holiday, we are closed on Saturdays.  We are also closed from and including Christmas day December 25 to 8:30 am on the first regular banking day following New Year’s day.

B) BRANCH OFFICE HOURS

Contact each branch to confirm availability since hours vary slightly, (depending on the branch location) but are typically 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, PLUS evening hours one evening per week.
